The Continuum Plan offers the ultimate convenience by eliminating seasonal billing spikes and guaranteeing that your property is proactively managed every single month.
Included Services: (Includes Services from The Legacy Plan)
Enhanced Turf Health Program: Includes 6 scheduled applications of professional-grade fertilizer and season-long weed control (pre- and post-emergent) for a dense, vibrant, and weed-free lawn. Also included is an application of Fungicide as well as Grub preventative.
Recurring Detailed Landscape Maintenance: Bi-Weekly maintenance of all landscape beds to keep the weeds out of your landscaped areas.
Recurring Detailed Landscape Trimming: Bi-monthly maintenance pruning of all ornamental shrubs and hedges up to 8 feet tall.
Annual Aeration and Overseeding: This crucial service is performed every fall to improve soil structure, enhance water absorption, and thicken the turf. ****
