Signature Turf Health Program: Includes five scheduled applications of professional-grade fertilizer and season-long weed control (pre- and post-emergent) for a dense, vibrant, and weed-free lawn.
Recurring Detailed Landscape Maintenance: Monthly maintenance of all landscape beds to keep the weeds out of your landscaped areas.
Priority Snow Removal: Service is automatically dispatched when accumulation reaches a threshold of 1 inch or more. Priority routing Included. Includes 1 return visit for municipal plow created snow piles (End of the driveway).
Automated Ice Mitigation: Commercial-grade de-icing/salt application is included on all cleared sidewalks, walkways, and porches and driveway with every service visit.
