It includes all essential services from The Cornerstone Plan, plus key additions to improve safety, lawn health, and overall curb appeal. The Apex Plan ensures your property is pristine, healthy, and safe from the first thaw to the last snowfall, delivering true year-round peace of mind.
What's Included:
Lawn Mowing: Weekly mowing of all turf areas during the growing season (typically April through October). Includes basic string trimming and edging.
Spring Cleanup: One scheduled service to remove winter debris, sticks, and light thatch from turf areas once the snow melts.
Fall Cleanup: One comprehensive visit in the late fall to clear and remove leaves and final yard debris from all turf areas. A single additional site visit is included for late season leaves.
Snow Removal: Plowing/shoveling of the primary driveway and main walkway when snow accumulation reaches 1 inches or more. Service is typically completed within 4 hours after the snowfall ends.
