The Apex Plan is our premium maintenance offering, designed for homeowners who desire consistent, enhanced care and superior year-round aesthetics. It includes all essential services from The Cornerstone Plan, plus key additions to improve safety, lawn health, and overall curb appeal. The Apex Plan ensures your property is pristine, healthy, and safe from the first thaw to the last snowfall, delivering true year-round peace of mind.
What's Included:
Lawn Mowing: Weekly mowing of all turf areas during the growing season (typically April through October). Includes basic string trimming and edging.
Spring Cleanup: One scheduled service to remove winter debris, sticks, and light thatch from turf areas once the snow melts.
Fall Cleanup: One comprehensive visit in the late fall to clear and remove leaves and final yard debris from all turf areas. A single additional site visit is included for late season leaves.
Snow Removal: Plowing/shoveling of the primary driveway and main walkway when snow accumulation reaches 1 inches or more. Service is typically completed within 4 hours after the snowfall ends.
The Legacy Plan represents our highest commitment to your property, offering an all-inclusive, completely hands-off solution for the homeowner who demands pristine aesthetics, optimal turf health, and guaranteed safety. This plan bundles everything from the Apex Plan with recurring, essential property-enhancing services. This plan ensures total consistency, maximizing your property’s beauty, health, and value year-round without you ever having to lift a finger or book a separate service.

Signature Turf Health Program: Includes five scheduled applications of professional-grade fertilizer and season-long weed control (pre- and post-emergent) for a dense, vibrant, and weed-free lawn.
Recurring Detailed Landscape Maintenance: Monthly maintenance of all landscape beds to keep the weeds out of your landscaped areas.
Priority Snow Removal: Service is automatically dispatched when accumulation reaches a threshold of 1 inch or more. Priority routing Included. Includes 1 return visit for municipal plow created snow piles (End of the driveway).
Automated Ice Mitigation: Commercial-grade de-icing/salt application is included on all cleared sidewalks, walkways, and porches and driveway with every service visit.
